Growing
As consultants, we know that constantly developing
and improving is central to success. No matter what
the role or location, all our people have a structured
Learning and Development framework set for them at the
beginning of their time with us which grows as they
do. This typically includes the following areas:
| Coaching |
All our Consultants are placed in a team of varying seniority and experience, allowing for coaching and mentoring to support you and develop you on every single assignment. |
| Internal training |
All consultants get access to PIPC internal development programmes, each tailored to your specific needs, sectors and solution expertise. |
| External training |
All consultants get the opportunity to participate in external development courses to expand their personal delivery capability for our clients. |
Our continual exposure to different clients and varying situations allows all our people to continually broaden, improve and refine their skill sets whilst passing on our experience and ideas to those we work with.
Supporting these learning methods is our quarterly performance management review. This milestone meeting allows you the opportunity to set and review the goals that will support your development and growth. Often performance goals will stretch over several years, but we've found every three months is the ideal time to check up on things and introduce ongoing improvements.
